Boston Magazine published the “The 100 Best Bostonians of All Time” which includes Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, W. E. B. DuBois, Helen Keller, Malcolm X, Phillis Wheatley and other people’s history makers. The list notes Zinn’s contribution of writing A People’s History of the United States. Born in New York, Zinn came to the city to teach at Boston University where he had a profound impact on his students and the world at-large.
